This is how you stay healthy during the holidays

Sticking to your routines and the stress of weight gain from all the holiday fun feels almost impossible. I’ve been there but in recent years I have perfected my routines.

Now I can indulge in all the holiday vibes (you know, like cookies) and come out the other side feeling good.

So I begin Holiday Survival Challenge give you 21 days of healthy routines and quick workouts to tick off your list this year.

What’s in the Holiday Survival Challenge?

During this three-week challenge, we continue to train together in the MOVE app. (because short workouts at home are life).

We’ll also have fun together via email and in my text club!

Also, I will share all mine best tips, great giveawaysand surprises so you can enjoy this special time of the year!

Your training during the holidays to maintain your weight
