Silky Touch Highlighter is a new powder highlighter:

My review
Before I even touched these highlighters, I just fell in love with the way they look in the pan. You are just so stunning!
The formula is intensely pigmented so I suggest starting with a very light hand as I think it can be very easy to apply too much. This is a highlighter that really doesn’t mess around!
The texture is light and silky, rather creamy as the same suggests, and the finish has a soft sparkle. There is a very fine glitter in the finish that is visible on the skin. It’s not crazy glittery, but there’s definitely a sparkle rather than a totally smooth shine.
I love the color palette and there is pretty much something for everyone. I love Exhilarate and Mesmerise but I think I would wear them all.
I have yet to try them on my eyelids but the Flaunt shade is really calling my name for it!
