Moira Eye Contact Diamond Daze Liquid Shadow ($8.50 for 0.1 oz.) is a medium copper that appeared to have a very translucent/clear base, although initially it appeared quite dark and coppery coupled with lighter flecks of silver and copper glitter.

formula overview
$8.50/0.1oz. – $85.00 per ounce
The formula is said to have “no fallout” and not wrinkle when “sliding”.[ing] applies effortlessly.” There didn’t seem to be any specific indication as to opacity, and actual opacity ranged from transparent to more opaque, with most being semi-transparent, though.
The consistency was initially very watery; thin, runny and rather watery, making it difficult to apply the product evenly. I tried using my fingertips but found that my fingertips seemed to absorb the formula and allowed it to dry faster, turning it into a gummy consistency – this was even harder to manipulate and even out! I would recommend a larger flat synthetic brush or the included doe foot applicator.
I found the formula particularly difficult and inconsistent to work with, and I think it would be best for someone who would use the shades as a pure shade and isn’t particularly concerned with 100% perfect evenness or layering over another eyeshadow. They have tremendous shine and shine so I can see some people loving them for real world use.
Once applied they were wrinkle and fade resistant and had no fallout for 10 hours as they dried completely, but they were easily removed with water.
