You know, it really depends on the type of product it’s about. Skin care items, definitely. I scrape and scoop every last drop out of jars, tubes and so on!
For hair care, I finish most things, but not everything. I like jumping around and trying new hair things. I get restless very quickly with shampoo and conditioner, so when a bottle is usually finished I move on. Leave-in conditioners and hair styling products? I usually finish these even if I don’t really *love* something.
Makeup is another beast, LOL! My workhorses – concealer, brow pencil and eyeliner – are definitely getting done. Mascara gets set too, and oddly, like hair styling products, even if I don’t quite love a mascara, I still use it until I have to buy a new one. Strange.
I can’t remember the last time I used up a powder product like blush, eyeshadow or face powder. It’s been a minute!

PS MY FRIEND! I’m doing a happy dance because I’m almost done with my Christmas shopping! Admittedly my original plan was to have everything ready before December but that’s fine better now than next Friday OMG!
I went to Nordstrom Rack today because I recently bought this rainbow wallet as a gift and only noticed yesterday that some of the clouds were missing when I went to wrap it. I have no idea how I completely missed this crucial detail, LOL!
Anyway, when I went there today to exchange the purse, I couldn’t resist this cute striped camel sweater from Tahari. It’s soft (not itchy) and comes in many colors, and it was $20! It’s adorable and should go with everything.
