Hello, everyone! I was just going through nail art looks I’ve wanted to do for a long time! I just love nail art that really comes together! I feel like I see these macrame rainbows everywhere and when I saw them in nail art I thought they were awesome!
So I loved these easy designs that don’t last long but look so good! This one was again inspired by Sonya’s Nails because I just love her color choices! I love how the four colors come together in an effortless combination of patterns and colors.
For the colors below I used 3 thin coats of each because I wanted to do nail art over them quickly and didn’t want to wait long if I had used thicker coats which would take longer to dry.
- White: Jessica Cosmetics Cheeky
- Yellow: Duri Cosmetics stings like a bee
- Pink: Jessica Cosmetics in focus
- Blue: Headlining Jessica Cosmetics
My thumb matched my pinky and was blue with white polka dots. The rainbow was just the three colors layered on top. My center nail was a simple checkerboard pattern with just four stripes. The stars were the hardest. I stink for freehand stars, but I wasn’t sure what else I wanted to do. They’re not perfect, but hey, not terrible!
Topped it all off with a coat of top coat and called it a day!
